My path into bookkeeping wasn’t a straight line. I grew up working in restaurants and retail, moved into IT operations management, and eventually became a business owner myself. Every role showed me the same thing from a different angle. When the financial side of a business is unclear, everything else feels heavier.

I’ve seen how easy it is for business owners to fall into survival mode with their numbers. Things get tracked inconsistently, QuickBooks gets avoided, and questions pile up until tax time feels overwhelming. Not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because they’re trying to do it alone.

Outside of work, Lady enjoys Pilates, long walks by the ocean, art and photography, and spending time with her family. She believes a fresh perspective and the right soundtrack can turn any day around, and she carries that same energy into the work she supports.

With a background in operations and real world business experience, she sees how the numbers connect to the bigger picture and believes strong financial foundations build confident leaders. Outside of work, RaeAnn loves hiking, spending time outdoors, listening to vinyl, and being with her family. Music is a constant in her life and strong espresso is non negotiable, best enjoyed in silence.

Ashley is the Senior Bookkeeper at Stout Bookkeeping and is known for her integrity, dependable organization, and sharp attention to detail. Originally from Northern California, she has called North County San Diego home for over 15 years. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys time in nature, tending to her garden, and being outdoors with her family. She thrives on organization and brings that level of care to every detail, creating a strong foundation behind the scenes.
