Before becoming an accountant, I built and ran two businesses of my own. I know what it’s like to wear all the hats, avoid logging into QuickBooks, and cross your fingers at tax time. (Spoiler: that never works.) That’s why I started this firm: to take the overwhelm out of bookkeeping and turn it into something clear, approachable, and surprisingly satisfying.

I grew up in Minnesota but found my happy place here in North County San Diego, where I live with my husband and our three kids. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking local trails, spinning vinyl in my music themed office, or recharging by the ocean.

I’m also an active member of the Vista and Carlsbad Chambers of Commerce, and I love connecting with other small business owners in the community.

My approach is simple: real world experience, honest advice, a little humor, and a whole lot of calm.
